and/or Fry Properties deed to the Plainfield School. District seven acres of land adjacent
to the designated elementary school site located in Wilding Pointe Subdivision. These
seven acres, coupled with the seven acres designated for the School District, will provide
us with an excellent fourteen-acre site for a future school.
In consideration of this agreement, the School. District will commit to sign o - ~~-. ~,
Village of Plainfield and/or the Plainfield Park District, our rights to f re equivalent
acreage in the yet undeveloped subdivision just north of this property. ~__
By committing this agreement to paper, each governmental agency can confidently
proceed with their respective long-range plans in the community. I respectfully request a
letter from the Village of Plainfield committing to this arrangement. Thank you for your
cooperation.
Sincerely,
