A RESOLUTION REVISING APPLICATION FEES FOR VARIANCES, REZONINGS, SITE
PLAN REVIEWS, ANNEXATIONS, SPECIAL MEETINGS, TEXT AMENDMENTS,
SPECIAL USE PERMITS, CONCEPT PLANS, PRELIMINARY PLATS, AND FINAL
PLATS.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1281 entitled "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STANDARDS
AND REVIEW PROCEEDURES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF MULTI-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL, AND INDUSTRIAL SITES" requires anon-refundable fee
to be established by resolution of the Village Board;
WHEREAS, the Village Code, .Chapter 9 (Zoning), Section 9-32 requires an application fee for a
variance, amendment or special use as set by the Village Board as set by resolution;
WHEREAS, application fees for a variance, rezoning, site plan review, annexation, special
meetings, text amendment, special use permit, concept plan, preliminary plat and final plat have
been determined to be needed to be updated and approved by a single resolution;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD AS FOLLOWS:
That the fallowing fees be established as non-refundable fees:
Preliminary Plat $250.00 for sites under 10 acres
$250.00 + $10.00/acre for sites 11-50 acres
$750.00 + $5.00/acre for sites 51-100 acres
$1,250.00 + $3.00/acre for sites 101-200 acres
This Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its passage and approval according to law.

$500.00 + $1.00/acre for sites 101-200 acres
$800.00 for sites greater than 200 acres
