ANY STATUTORY RIGHT TO KNOW (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY
STATUTORY RIGHT OF ACCESS, AS APPLICABLE). THIS REQUEST IS ALSO MADE
PURSUANT TO THE RIGHTS OF THE REQUESTOR PROVIDED IN THE FLORIDA
CONSTITUTION

This is in reply to your Public Records Request ID# R0005. I
apologize for the delay in responding to your request. As I explained
to you when you gave me the request, the annual audit had been in progress
for several weeks and our records had not been filed back where they
are stored. That task was completed last weekend.
You asked for documents related to the cost incurred for the production
of the Land Development Regulations (Red Book) including invoices,
contracts and cancelled checks. All of the documents you requested were
a part of the audit.
I have enclosed a copy of the Quotation Sheet for republishing the
code, which was done by Municipal Corporation. I have also enclosed
copies of three Invoices showing a total paid in the amount of $14,260.13.
I am unable to give you copies of the cancelled checks as the bank
no longer returns them to us. However, please note that the check
numbers are shown on each invoice, along with the date paid and the amount.
We are selling the "Red Books" for $55.00 ea. After you analyze the
order I'm sure you will realize this is a bargain. If you have any
questions regarding this matter, please call.
