HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 1257RESOLUTION NO. 12 5 7 A RESOLUTION RELATING TO CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS REGARDING ARBOR OF PLAINFIELD IN THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has prepared a report dated June 14, 2000 regarding the remaining improvements for Arbor Place Units 1 and 2, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A"; WHEREAS, said report has been compiled in accordance with the direction and authorization from the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Plainfield; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Plainfield as follows: I. That said Exhibit "A" which is a report from Robert E. Hamilton Consulting Engineers, P.C., the Village Engineer, is hereby approved in accordance with the Village Subdivision Regulations. II. That the Village staff, the Village Engineer and the Village Attorney are hereby authorized to take all necessary action to draw on all outstanding letters of credit regarding the account of Arbor of Plainfield in order that said remaining improvements be constructed.
