Thurs. Sept . 15, 1921.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana , met
in regular session in the office of said Board Thursday, Septem-
ber. 15th, 1921, at.. 9 A.M. All the -members of the. said Board be-
ing present Messrs. von Pein, Price, and Peitz the following pro
ceedings were had to-wit :-
The Board approved the Primary Assessment Roll in the matter of
Improvement Resolution No. 600-19 21 for the improvement of both
sides of South 3rd Street by constructing cement sidewalks 5`ft
wide; also cement curb & gutter standard width from South "A" to
South "D" Street.
The Board allowed A. J. Davis, Contractor for the painting of
the Doran and N. 10th St. Bridge, a- $100.00 for work done on the
N. 10th St. Bridge, and the Clerk was instructedto return his
Certified Check, providing he accepts the t100.00 from the City
in full payment for his work on said bridge.
The bids on piping for the. Light Plant, submitted September 12th,
were presented to the Board, and were taken under further 'con-
sideration,.
Mr. Dillon, Supt. of the Light Plant , asked permission to attend
the Indiana National Electric Light Asso. Convention to be held
at French Lick, Indiana, September 20th-21st-22nd & 23rd, 1921.
• _ The Board granted him; permission to do so .
The Board then adjourned.
