The Board of I'oblic siUr S of the City of IdeLmond, I idi.ana, met in
regular session in the office of said Board Thursday, Cc Member -8 ,
1921, at 9 A.E. Messrs. von Fein and Feltz being present the fol-

As a member of the Board of Public works for nearly four year:.
we always found him conscientious in the performance of his duties ,
in the rorinance of his duties,his judgment, sound, and his hon-
esttysclVvF (question. His association with other city officials was
of the most friendly nature, and he was always ready to coonerate it
any undertaking for the betterment of the city. His ;lace on the
.card will be hard to fill , and his absence ence will be r_eenly felt • by
those who have cone in r er_.lilar• con tact wi th him.
To his wife and the i:iehibere of this family the Cit extends
its' deepest sympathy.
Be it 2urther hesolved: That a copy of these resolutions be
spread of record on the minute book of the Board of Public eo he ,
a cony furnished to the family, and a copy given to the newspawers
for publication.

The Board aiiproved the Primary .ilssess:Ilent Roll in the matter of
im-orovema-&t Resolutfon t593-1921 for the improvement of the let
alley running 110 rth ec south , east of North 18th St . by constluct
ing a cament roadway from North "A'' St . south to the 1st alley
running east and west north of Main Street.
Upon the recommendation of J. B. Dillon., Supt . of the Lie,Lt Plant
. the Clerk was instructed to advertise for hi da as per drawing
voA, and specifications submitted, for constructional steel to
be used. in the installation of the new turbine -at the Light Plant .
hie Board ac-je-oted the llroposition of John Minnix to remove for
3.00 a dead tree from the Cit:•7' C intersecti on at North 15th 8.;
"D" Street .
D. B. Davis , City Engineer, reTorted to the -. oard. that •,:reo. B.
Daugherty L J. Davis, contractors for the painting of the
Doran Br5dge, are unable to fill their contract . • The Board de- •
cided. to take this matter up with the City Atty.
Bills to the amount of cl>9 ,855.93 were allowed. •
The Board a-p ro ved the various payrolls up to SeptediTher let , 1921.
