The .Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana , met
in regular session in the office of said Board Monday , August.
8th, 1921, at 9 A.H. All the members of the s d d Board being
present Messrs-. von Pein, Taylor, and Feltz the following pro -
ceedings were had to-wit: -
The
Board approved the petition of i . E. Miller for permission
to lay under private contract a 6Tft cement roadway infront of
NW. Cor. N. 12th & "B" Street, subject to the approval of the
City Engineer.

The Board approved and signed the Contract & Bond of Z. B. Pyle
Company, contractor under Improvement Resolution #604-1921.
In pursuant to the request of the Common Council of this City ,
HIis Hon. Wm. A. Bond, Jude of the Wayne Circuit Court, appoint-
ed Messrs. W. K. Bradbury, Garland Willett , & Turner W. Hadley
appraisers to appraise the buildings belonging to the City on
North 3rd Street with a view of selling same.
The Board met to hear remonstrances if any of persons primarily
assessed on account of the Improvement of South 4th Strc'et 8: Ft.
Wayne Avenue from. South "A" St . to North "D" Street , under Im-
provement Resolution #569-1919, no one appearing or remonstracting
th.e Board approved the Final Assessment Roll confirming in all .
things ; tie original assessment roll as heretofore appr:ved and
directed the same to be transmitted forthwith to the Dept . of
Finance.
Bills to the amount of 58,538.07 were allowed.
The Board aprroved the various pay rolls up to August 6th, 1921 .
The Board then adjourned.
