Thursday, July 14, 1921
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana, met
in regular session in the office of said Board Thursday, July 14,
1921 at 9 A. M. Two of the members of the. said Board being
present, Messrs. Von Pein and Taylor and Mr. Pelts absent.
The following proceedings' were had to-wit:

The City Engineer reported the completion of the contract under
Imp. Resolution No. 569-19.19 for the improvement of South 4th
street and. Ft. Wayne Ave. 'from South A street to North D street .
The Board accepted said report and ordered an assessment roll
• - prepared.
The Board approved and signed a contractor ' s certificate in
- favor of J. L. .Teegarden for 85% of contract price based upon
the estimate of the City Engineer of the contract under Imp.
Resolution No. 569-1919 for the improvement of South 4th street
and Ft. Wayne Avenue from South A street to North D street.
