The City Council of the City of Moab, does hereby
ordain as follows:
WHEREAS, at a continuation of the regularly schedul-
ed meeting of the City Council on the 23rd day of June 1981, after
due and careful consideration, the Council by unanimous decision
transferred Revenue Sharing Funds to Capital Improvement Funds,
as follows:
