EnP:ineerini_ Dept. be accepted and the contract so awarded. Second-

The Board approved and slimed the contract & bond of Daniel G.
Burkhardt, contractor under Improvement Res oluti on y 600 - 1921.
The Board met to hear remonstrances i-f any of persons Brimari ly%
Assessed on account of the constructi on of a Sanitary Sewer in the •
alley between 1-e.tliff : "Ridge St. from School Street to Stevens
Street under I4i-provement Resolution -588 - 1921. No one appear-
ing or remonstrating the • Board approved the Final Assessment Roll
confirming in all things the original assessment re11 as hereto-
fore approved and .novd direct the same to be transmitted forthwith
to the Dept. of Finance.

The Board approved the Primary Assessment t Roll of Benefits & Dam-

Declaratory Resolution #151-1921.

The Board took up Improvement Resolution #601-1921 to improve the
alley 1st south of the National Road c: const'ri ct:rip: a cernyt road-
ray in said alley the full r1 dth thereof from South-wrest 2nd to
South-west 3rd St. Mr. Pelts moved that all previous action on
d resolution be reci sided. Seconded by . r. Taylor so ordered.
The Beard unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution #603-1921 to
improve the 1st alley east. of South 8th St . running north o, south
