ORDINANCE NO.440
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING FEES FOR WETLAND REGULATIONS
The city council of the city of Medina ordains as follows:
Section 1. The schedule of fees for wetland regulations shall be:
Variance application (minimum)
$1000.00 (deposit) + c.a.c. for residential
$2000.00 (deposit) + c.a.c. for commercial
$1000.00 (deposit) + c.a.c. for wetland regulations
Appeal of Wetland Corrections Notice
$500 (deposit) + c.a.c.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication.
Adopted by the city council of the city of Medina this 6t day of May, 2008.
