THIS REQUEST IS MADE PURSUANT TO PUBLIC RECORDS ACT,
CHAPTER 119 OF THE FLORIDA STATUTES AND IS ALSO REQUESTED UNDER THE
COMMON LAW RIGHT TO KNOW, THE COMMON LAW RIGHT OF ACCESS; AND
ANY STATUTORY RIGHT TO KNOW (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY
STATUTORY RIGHT OF ACCESS, AS APPLICABLE). THIS REQUEST IS ALSO MADE
PURSUANT TO THE RIGHTS OF THE REQUESTER PROVIDED IN THE FLORIDA
CONSTITUTION.
IT IS REQUESTED THAT THIS RECORDS REQUEST BE FULFILLED IN ELECTRONIC
FORM. IF NOT AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORM IT IS REQUESTED THAT THIS

This is in reply to your Public Records Request # 343.
This is one of approximately 15 Public Records Requests that are all very similar.
All of them require that I provide material from all agendas I provided to the
CoTmissioners, ARPB Members, Town Manager and Town Attorney. Please advise if
you really want 15 sets of duplication or just one set that would apply to each
of your requests. I understand there may be other records that would not apply
to everyone else. I have requested that each person give me whatever they have
in reply to your requests. I have some of the replys and am waiting on others
to reply.
When you were in my office the other day I showed you what I had received at that
time and you asked if you could look at them. I said certainly and you did look
at some of it. I have not gone through it as yet. You are certainly welcome to
come and look through all I have and what I will receive in the future to determine
what you want of it.
