Richard Hendrickson, being duly sworn on an oath,
states or affirms that he is the Chief Financial Officer
of the newspaper(s) known as

and has full knowledge of the facts which are stated
below.
(A) The newspaper has compiied with all of the re-
quirements constituting qualification as a qualified
newspaper as provided by Minn. Stat. § 331A.02,
§ 331 A.07, and other applicable laws as amended.

Th city council of the city of Medina has
ad. pied Ordinance No. 440. The ordi-
na ce revises the city's fee schedule, in-
clu.ing fees for wetland regulations.
Th ordinance will not be codified. The
full text of Ordinance No. 440 is available
for nspection at Medina city hall during
re•ular business hours.
