ferred to the City Engineer Larch 21st , and- also having received
a petition figned Myr O. D. Wilson, Cora Nison, Lauretta a',:er,

Thompson withdrawing their names from the remonstrance , and being ,
duly informed, by the City 1Lngineer- that there are 56 resident pro-
perty owners on Kinsey Street at the present time , end there are .
22 resident property owners rho remonstrated against the. improve-
ment , Er. Feltz moved, that the Original Resolution be modified to I
read from the west side of NN. 1st Sc. south of Kinsey Sic, . to W.
5th St . Seconded by 1:P. To7lon motion prevailed. Therefore the -

• Board: Eecided. that Ihe benefits to • property liatle to be assessed
for said 1=ovement are ecual to the cost of same as estimated
Tey the City Engineer less the sum the City will nay toward said
improvement . The City agrees to pay the cost of the Street 5 .411ey
