The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond , Indiana , met in regular session in the of fi ce of sai d .Board Thursday, March. 24th , 1921, at 9 A.M. T1 o members of the said Bo`rd being pre- sent ?:essrs . von Fein and Taylor, absent l r. 1'ei ts, tree following fro teen: rigs were had. to--wit : The Clerk presented the complaint from Counci 1 of Monday, March, 21st , which was referred to the City F;nFri neer. The Board received a peti Lion si gn.ed by Chas.hi. & Charolette May Denham for the passage of a Resolution for a cement roadwaz, the full width of the alley between North 18th & .19th Sts. running south from North "li" St. to a cement alley, v;hich was referred to the City En Pi neer for plans. • • The Board received a Ceti ti on signed by iii ller-Kemper Company & two others for the passage of a resolution for the construction of a ce : nt roadway in t.r!e alley north of Ch_ostnut Street from West lot to West 2nd St . Referred to the City Enc i neer for papers. The Board received a peti ti on si gned b-V J. i,�. Robinson and four others for- the passage of a. resoluti on for the ecnstrr' eti on of 17 " Street from llth to cement sidewalk, curb , & gutter on North �_ , 12th St. lihich was referred to the Bngineer for plans. The Board unanimously adopted Declaratory 1,escluti on #148--1921, • to widen a portion of the alley between South 17th & 18th St . running from South "A" Street north to a point where said alley • intersects the alley running east to South 18th Street ; by widen- ing said alley 16' ft in width at a point where a bri ck barn stands • . in alley located. on Tract 497 OM cial Lap of the City of Richmond, Indiana. No, one appearing and no remonstrance having been filed the Board took final action on said resoluti on the s ma being . confi rmed without rooM fi cfa..ti on, and the Board ordered that a roll be prepared of all owners or holders of property and all valuable interest therein sought to be taken or to be injuriously affected which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially, affected.
