The Board of Public Works c' the City of Richmond, Indiana, met
in regular session in the office of saE d Board Monday, February
1921 , at 9 A.M. All the members of the said Board being pre-
sent Messrs. von Pein, Tjlor, and Peitz the following proceedings
were had to-wit : •

_The Board approved the Primary Assessment Roll in the matter of the
widening of the Commons Road, known as the Peacock Road from NW.5th
to the West Corporation Line under Declaratory Resolution #144-1921
and fixed the 10th day of March, 1921, as the day of hearing against
said assessment .

Mr. Peitz moved_ that Mr. Hollarn and Ed. Miller,_ Fire Chief, be in-
structed to go to Dayton and if desireable make arras gements for
_ renting a fire engine for temporary use at Glen Miller Park Lake.
Seconded by Mr. Taylor so ordered.
The Board instructed Mr. Dillon, Supt. of the Light Plant , to make
a formal request on the Westinghouse Co. for as early a delivery
as possible of the 5000 K.W. .Turbine & Condenser.
The Board approved the Contract of the Midwest Engine Company of
_Anderson, Ind. for a centrifugal boiler feed pump for the M.E.L. 8,
P.P.

The Board then adjourned.
