Center Court Schaumburg, IL 60196-1096 Dear Mr. Klinicki, Susan Janik VILLAGE CLERK Enclosed is a certified copy of a Resolution adopted by the Mayor and Board for the closing of Lockport Street for our annual Plainfield Fest. Because of the State's anticipated work on Route 59 and the viaduct, our traffic planning efforts here locally must be precise and accommodate your work. Additionally, numerous vendors, businesses and artists from outside our community plan on this event each year and several thousand dollars are expended for promotion and deposit for material and services. Our permit for the street closing needs to be approved by June 15. After that date certain deposits are no longer refundable and the time to find another location is at a minimum. Would you please respond to our permit by that date? Very truly yours, ~~~A (~ ~ (~, • T. L.
