GREENCASTLE COMMON COUNCIL
EXECUTIVE SESSION
TUESDAY, AUGUST 10, 1999 6:30 P.M. PUTNAM COUNTY LIBRARY
Michael called the meeting to Order. On the Roll Call, the following were found to be present:
Councilor Roach, Councilor Hammer, Councilor Green, Councilor Baynard and Councilor
Masten. Also present was: City Attorney Laurie Robertson, City Engineer Ron Smith, Tom
Pitman - Baker and Daniels, Jim Higgins - London Witte Group and Terry Osborn - First Citizens
Bank.
The Greencastle Common Council met in Executive Session, LC.5- 14- 1.5- 6.1(b)(2)(D), Real
Estate Acquisition, Tuesday, August 10, 1999, 6:30 p.m. at the Putnam County Library. Mayor
This meeting was held to discuss real estate acquisition. No other items were discussed.
Motion to adjourn made by Councilor Masten, seconded by Councilor Roach. Vote was
unanimous.
