3, 1921, at 9 A.M. Etio members of the said Board being present
Messrs. von Bein, and Taylor, absent hr. Feltz , the following pro-
ceedings were had to-wit :
The Beard approved the, Contract & Bond of M. II. Brooks as princi-
pal , and The United States Bid ity & Guaranty Co. as Surety in
the platter of installing a gasoline dispenser infront of .12010
hawkins 1;_ oad. ( See Contract & Bond) .
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement -1- esoluti e-588-1921 to
• improve the property lying between I. atliff F. hidge Street from
School to Stevens Street , by constru cting a Sanitary sewer in the
alley between iatliff E: dge Sts . from School To Stevens St .
The Board instructed Mr. Davis , City Eng . to take up the propo-
sition presented 117,7 the 1- ich mond Gravel Company to furnish equip-
ment for the dredging of Glen Miller Lake .
The Board then adjourned.

against their assessment for Sanitary Sewer under Improvement
hesoluti on :17'582-1920. The Board took the. matter under advise-
ment until Thursday, February 10th .
The Board received a netiti on for tne passage of a resoluti or
providing fo :r the censtructi on of ce:-. ri-it curb , gutter and side-
• walk .5' ft in wi dth on both si des of :,atliff 'Street between School
and Stevens St . The Board referred the, petit on to the City Eno:.'
for papers .
The Board met to bear all persons interested in or whose property

the Board now takes final action on said Heroli,ti on same being
confirmed without modification, ar d the Board orders that a roll
be rirepared of all owners or holders of property , ana all valu-
able interest " t}herein sought to ' he taken or to be injuriously
affected, which list or roll shall also describe the property
beneficially affected. The Board fixed the price to be assessed
as benefits to be 4 2.50 per linear front foot of Howard Street
on South-west 2nd St. against the south part of lot 16 oWned by
hose L. ta,dis =n , and the north _, rt cf_ lot 15 owned by D. Fill--
man Lia.uplin; also 02.50 per linear front foot of Howard Street
on__South-west 1st St . against lot. 12 owned by Laura L. Watt, and
the north r,art of lot 13 owned by Frank:Li. Price all in, Oliver

Bills to the amount of 20 ,020.18 were allowed. •
The Board approved the various payrolls up to February 5th , 1921.
The Board then adjourned.

The Board granted to Wm. Suttle for gardening purposes for the
season of 1921 lot #25, Abijah Moffit' s Add. for the rental of
02.50.

The Board approved the Contract & Bond of Henry W. Harris as
principal, and the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Co. of
Baltimore, Md. as Surety , in the matter of installing a gaso-
line and air dispenser infront of 1101 & 1103 Sheridan Street
( See Contract & Bond) .

The Board approved the Primary Assesment Roll of benefits and
damages in the matter of the vacation of Howard St. from SW.
1st to SW. 2nd St. .under Declaratory Resolution #143-1921, and
fixed the 24th day .of Feb. , 1921, as the day of hearing
