Messrs. von Fein, and. Taylor, absent Mr. Feltz , the following pro-
ceedings were had to-wi t :
The Board approved' the, Contract & Bond. of W. II. Brooks as princi-
pal, and The United. States Fidelity & Guaranty Co. as Surely in
the natter of installing a gasoline dispenser infront of i2010
Hawkins ..road . ( See Contract & Bond) .
The Board -unanimously adopted Improvement 'Hes olnti on T7,588-1921 to
• improve tie property lying between Ratliff & Ridge Street from
School to Stevens Street , by constru cting. a Sanitar7,7 Sever in the
alley between Ratliff & Ridge Sts. from School To Stevens St .
The Board instructed Mr. Davis , City Eng . to take up the propo-
sition presented by the -Hi ch mond Gravel Company to furnish equip-
meut for the dredging of Glen Miller Lake .
The Board then adouraed.

John Clineheus, Chas . L. VJlliaeis , and Dr. Martin, Representa-
tive for Frank M,. Fri ce , appeared before the Board Trotestinw
against their assessment for Sanitary Sewer under Imp:7ov erne nt
T--,esoluti on :!7'582-1920. The Board took the matter under advise-
ment until Thursday, February 10th .
The Board received a petit ion for tne passa.ge of a resoluti or
