Mon. Jan. 31, 1921.
The Board of 'ubli c Vrorks of the City or ni chmond , Ind ana , met
in regular session in the office of said Board Monday, January
31 , 1921 , at 9 A.E. A11 the members of the said Board being
_ present Messrs. von Fein, Taylor, and Pelts 'the following pro-
ceedings were had to-wit :-
The Board granted Howard Frocks permission tc install a e:asoli.ne .
- di spenser infront of his property at 2010, Hawkins Hoad providing
that he files a bond contract that will meet with their approv
al .
The Board- granted H. Harris permission to install a gasoline
E. air dispenser infront of 1101 1103 Sheridan Street providing
that he files a bond & contract that will meet with their ap-
- rr oval.
J . P. Dillon, Supt . of the Light Plant recommended that an ap-
- propriati on of 5 4,000.00 be made for the purpose of the install-
ation of a centrifugal boiler feed. rump. On motion. of Br. Pelts
seconded by Mr. Taylor the Clerk was instructed to advertise for
the above mentioned pump according tc she specifications furnish-
ed by Hr. Dillon.
The Board received a petition for the paesai e of a resolution
providing for a Sanitary Sewer in the alley between Ratliff and
l:icl e Streets from Si.. _oel to Stevens St. signed by Edgar M. Bit-
ters and eight o �ihers. referred to the. Engineer for rapers
The Board received bids for a 150 gal c__naci ty tar. heating kettle
as fellows to-tit :

The Kinney i.ifg. Co. bid:
