The Board of rurl i c 4'orks of the Ci v of hichoi-ond, Indiana , met
in regular session in the office of said Board Thursday, January
27th , 1921 , at 9 A.M. All the members of the said Board being
- present Messrs. von rein , Taylor, and , the following pro-
ceedings here had to-wit : -
The Board met to hear remonstrances is ari' of Per:-, ons Primarily
Assessed on account of the constructi on of a Sanitary Seer be-
I/ ginning at the serer in SW 1st Sty at Howard St. ; thence west in
Howard )Street to the all e-7 running north and south between SW. 1st
& SW. Cnd St . ; thence north in said alley 153' ft , also south in
said alley; 200` ft ,under Improvement hesola%i on r; 582-1920. No one
appearing or remonstrating the Board approved the Final Assessr.nent
- Roll confirming in all things the Original assessment Roll as here-
tofore approved , and now direct the same to be transmitted forth--
with to the Dept . of Finance.

T ie cWestinghouse Electric c°:. Mfg. Co . , filed its bond in the sum
of 5 143,708.00 for the faithful performance of its contract with
the City of =lich.mond covering the purchase and installation of the
- new 5000 K. N. Turbine & Condenser, with the National Surety Co. as
surety therein, which bend is in words and figures as follows to-
wit : (here insert ) and the Board now accepts and approves said
Bond.
As reonested by the Board the Valuation Committee of The Richmond
Realt_, Board have made a report as follows:

The undersigned c-pointed to al.-praise the value of the marliet
house and the lots on which it stands , have agreed upon an anprai s
ment for the ground includ.i n7 frontage on both 5th and 6th Streets
N14,000, and the builcLi ng at Y500.00, I aking a total of 14, 500.00
