The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution 11-585-1921 to • improve the alley between_ West Main and Kinsey Street from West 2nd to West 3rd Street by constructing a cement roadway in said alley the full wi dth thereof. Feltz moved that the bid of the Warren City Tank & Boiler Co. for the above tank loaded on cars i`!arrer:, Ohio, with freight allowed to Ni chmond , of �; 830.00 be accepted, and the contract so awarded.
