The Board of Public ;forks of the City of Richmond , Indiana, met in
regular sessi on in the office of said Board Monday , January 24,
1921, at 9 A. M. All the members of the said Board bei ng present
Messrs . von Fein, Taylor, and Feltz , the following proceedi ngs
were . had to-wi t :
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution i 584-1921 to
r
improve the alley between Randolph 8: Lincoln Street from Test 2nd
to West 3rd Street by constructi ng a cement roadway in say d •ale y
• the full -i dth thereof.
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resolution 11-585-1921 to
• improve the alley between_ West Main and Kinsey Street from West
2nd to West 3rd Street by constructing a cement roadway in said
alley the full wi dth thereof.
The Board unanimously adopted Improvement Resoluti on ;fi586.1921 to
improve the 1st alley south of North A Street from North 9th St.
to the alley/running north 8: south between North 8th 8: 9th Ste.

The Board unanimously_ adopted improvement Resolution f587-1921
to improve the Commons Road from north-west 5th Street to the
West Corporation Limits of the City of Richmond , Indiana ; By
paving the roadway in such protion thereof as is not provided
for by the THREE MILE ROAD proceedings for the improvement of
such highway now_pending before the '-{oard of County Commission-
ers of ''.ayne County , Indiana , such roadway paving to be of like
kind as that adopted by said Board of County Commissioners , and
also for the improvement of said roadwa ,by the building of
. cement curb & gutter on either side -thereof: Said roadway to be •
paved_vri t,h one of the following kinds of modern city pavements
to-wit : Brick - Concrete -- Creosoted Wood Block - or Granit
Block .

Mr. Peitz moved that the bid No. 1 of the Webb-Coleman Co. bf
0566.66 be accepted and contract so awarded. Eecc __ded by Er.
Taylor motion prevailed. _
The Board took up the bids for the Oil Storage Tank of 12,000
Gal. capacity wh i ch were taken under advisement Thursday, Jar .
20th. After careful consideration Mr . Feltz moved that the
bid of the Warren City Tank & Boiler Co. for the above tank
loaded on cars i`!arrer:, Ohio, with freight allowed to Ni chmond ,
of �; 830.00 be accepted, and the contract so awarded. Seconded
by Er. Taylor motion prevailed.
