The Board received bids for. the Sanitary Sewer running .over and
across lot f28 Original Plat of Oakland, in rear of lots on the
'west side of S . 7th St . from South "J" td Soui h "T" St. under Im-
provement Resolution 58 A-1920 as follows to-wit: -
F. E. Slick ' s bid:
Sewer completeper linear ft . " 3.47

Z. B. Pyle Co' s bid:
Sewer complete per linear ft. 5. 57
Mr. Peitz moved that as the bid of F. E. Slick ' s was the lowest,
and being with in the City Engineer' s estimate that it be accept-
ed, and the Contract so awarded. Seconded by Mr. Taylor motion
prevailed.
The Board then adjourned.

of 1921.

The Board is in favor of offering the old Market House site Ccr. 6t1
