MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: Complete Board was Present
President Pottorff called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Roll call
was taken. All members of the Board were present.
The Treasurer's Report was submitted.
G. Beahm made a motion if the residents in the area of 16 Maple Court
want underground cable for the installation of the mercury street
light recently appxoved they are to assume the cost. Seconded by G.
Ansley. Vote by rnll call: Ansley, aye; Beahm, aye; King, aye;
Robinson, aye; Selfridge, aye. Five ayes, no nays. Motion declared
carried.
J. King made a motion to enter into a maintenance agreement with
McGrath Office Equipment, Inc. for the new Royal typewriter purchased
for the Police Department. Seconded by L. Robinson. Vote by roll call:
Ansley, aye; Beahm, aye; King, aye; Robinson, aye; Selfridge, aye. Five
ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried.
R, Selfridge made a mation to approve the Dedication Plaque. print as
submitted by architect. Seconded by L. Robinson. Motion declared carried.
The following bids for an air blower/compressor for the sewage treaL'ment
plant were received and read at $:00 p.m.

ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried.

VILLAGE BOARD OE TRUSTEES MEETING April 18, 1977
Ralph Bada was present and submitted a sketch of a proposed subdivision
on Weller property,
Village Engineer submitted an estimate of cost for sanitary sewers
and watermain extensions for Santerelli and Bada properties. Sanitary
Sewers total e~;timated cost: $298,000.00. Water mains total estimated
cost: $304,000.00.
On motion meeting adjourned to Thursday, April 21 at 7:30 p.m. to
canvass votes from Village Election and meet with the Plan Commission
pertaining to jurisdictional boundaries with Bolingbrook.
