The Board of Public rdorks of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
met in regular session in the office of said. Board Thursday,
December 23, 1920, at 9 A.T.I. All the members of the said Board •
being present Messrs. von Pein, Taylor, and Feltz the following
proceedings were had to-wit : -
The Clerk was instructed to notify Findley Leaven that the peo-
ple renting the house on Newman' s Hill of him must vacate im--
mediately as his lease has expired and the City wants possession. -
Mr. Peitz moved that a partition be .put up in the up-stairs of
the South6th St. Engine House for the accomModation of the ten-
• ant . Cost not to exceed 4160.00. Seconded by Mr. Taylor so or-
dered.
The Board then adjourned.

27 , 1920 , at 9 A.M. All the members of the said Board being
present Messrs. von Pein, Taylor , and Peitz , the ng pro-
ceedings were had t o-wit
J. D. Tyon, Consulting Engineer, employed by the City, filed
with the Board a written report of the conditions, and of the
requirements for the betterment of the M.E.I . 8: P.P.
W. W. neller, City Atty, filed with the Board a letter from A.C .
Watson, Supt. of the yichmond Div. of the P.C.C. & St. I. R.R. ,
in which he stated that instructions have been given to put the
North 12th St. crossing in good condition as soon as weather con-_
di tions will permit. _
The Board then adjourned.
