Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session in the office of said Board Thursday, December 23, 1920,. at 9 A.M. All the members of the said Board being present Messrs. von Pein, Taylor, and Feltz the following proceedings were had to-wit : - _ The Clerk was instructed to notify Findley Leavell that the peo- ple renting the house on Newman' s Hill of him must vacate im- mediately as his lease has expired and the City wants possession. Mr. Peitz moved that a partition be put up in the up-stairs of the South6th St. Engine House for the accommodation of the ten • ant. Cost not to exceed 060.00. Seconded by Mr. Taylor so or- dered. All the members of the said Board. being present •Messrrs. von Pein, Taylor , and Peitz., the following pro- ceedings were had to-wit :- J. D. Lyon, Consulting Engineer, employed by the City, filed with the Board a written report of the conditions, and of the requirements for the betterment of the M.E.L. & P.P. W. W. Heller, City Atty, filed with the Board a letter from A.C. • - Watson, Supt. of the +lichmond- Div.. - of the P.C.C. & St. L. R.R. , in which he stated that instructions have been given to put the North 12th St. crossing in good condition as soon as weather con- ditions will permit. • - The Board then adjourned.
