Regular Meeting
DATE: February 7, 1977 ~A.T: Village Hall
MEMBERS OF BOARD PRESENT: Complete Board Fresent
President Pottorff called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. with
the Pledge to the Flag. Roll call was taken. A11 members of the
Board were present.
G. Beahm made a motion to approve minutes of January 3rd and January
17th,1977 meetings as corrected. Seconded by I,. Robinson. Motion
declared carried.
G. Ansley made a motion to approve current invoices for payment with
the exception of Murphy and Associates. Seconded by G. Beahm. Vote
by roll call: Beahm, aye; Robinson, aye; Ansley, aye; King, nay;
Selfridge, aye. Four ayes, one nay. Motion declared carried.
G. Beahm, made a motion to charge the Township $30.00 per month far
use of the meeting roam at the new .Municipal Building. Seconded by
J. King. Motion declared carried.
R. Selfridge made a motion to pass Ordinance No. 8$4-A, Illinois Bell
Telephone Franchise allowing 18 to 23 free phones. Seconded by
G. Beahm. Vote by roll call: Beahm, aye; Robinson, aye; Ansley,. aye;
King, aye; Selfridge, aye. Five ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried.
On motion meeting adjourned to Monday, February 14th and Board held
an Executive Session to discuss litigation.

MEMBERS Of' BOARD PRESENT: C. Pottorff, President, L. Rabinson, G. Ansley,
J. King, R. Selfridge, Trustees were present.
Trustee, G. Beahm was absent.
President Pottorff called the adjourned meeting of February 7th to order
at 7:30 p.m. with the fledge to the Flag. Roll call was taken. Trustee,
G. Beahm was absent.
R. Selfridge made a motion to approve the following change orders:
Change order ~~6 - Curbs and walks as per new plot plan - $2,930.00
Change order 4~8 -- Plywood Platform Rostrum, Carpeting for
rostrum, unassigned Police room and
unassigned administration room - $1,473.65
Credit, Plywood panelling, Police &
Village office counters & gates - $1,470.00
Change order 4~9 ~- Drywall partition to ceiling, oak door,
necessary framing, painting, trim, and
hardware. Glass included. Counter top
supplied by others - 956.00
Change order ~~10 - Solenoid latch for Police counter 220.00
Seconded by G. Ansley. Vote by roll call: Robinson, aye; Ansley, aye; King, aye;
Selfridge, aye. Four ayes.,. no nays. Motion declared carried.
R. Selfridge made a motion to approve purchase of draperies at a cost
of $1,267.04 with a deposit in .the amount of $422.34 paid at this time.
Seconded by G. Ansley. Vote by roll call:. Robinson, aye; Ansley, aye;
King, aye; Selfridge, aye. Four ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried.
R. Selfridge made a motion to give the Street Department authorization
to make arrangements for gravel delivered to new Municipal Building for
walks and parking until cement work can be completed. Seconded by L.
Robinson. Motion declared carried.
L. Robinson made a motion to accept Plan Commission Report. Seconded by
G. Ansley. Vote by roll ,call. Rabinson, aye; Ansley, aye; King, aye;
Selfridge, aye. Four ayes, no nays. Motion declared carried.
On motion meeting adjourned at 9:45 p.m.
