Thurs. Dec. 9 , 1920.
The Board of Public Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana,. met in
regular session in the office of said Board Thursday , December 9,
1920 , at 9 A.M. All the members of the said Board being present
Messrs. von Pein, Taylor, and Peltz the following proceedings were
had to-wit :-
The Board received from the Public Service Commission of Indiana
• a report of an examination of the records of the Richmond City
Water Works of Richmond, Indiana, for the period ending October 31,
1920., which was ordered placed on file .
The, City Civil Engineer reported the completion of the contract
under Improvement Resolution #581-1920. Mr. Peltz moved that it
be accepted, and the Clerk ordered to prepare an assessment roll.
Seconded by Mr. Taylor motion prevailed.
Mr. Earl L. Carter, Asst. Chief Engineer of the Public Service
Commission of Indiana, appeared before the Board in regard to the
inspection of the Municipal Electric Lighting & Power Plant.
The Board then adjourned.
