The Board unanimously adopted improveL.ent Resolution 1f585-1920
to improve the property between S. 7th and the C . & 0. of lnd .,
from South J to L Street by constructing a Sanitary Sewer over
and across lot i28, Original Plat of Oakland, in rear of lots
on the west side of South 7th St .
The Board then adjourned.

The Board of rubl is Works of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in
regular session in the office of said Board Monday, December 6,
1920, at 9 A.M. All the members of the said Board being present
Messrs. Von Pein, Taylor, and Peltz, the following proceedings were
had to-wit :-
The Board granted Gardi.eld Dixon permission to move a house from
North 14th St. south of H St. north along 14th St . to N. J St. ,
- west on N. J St. to vacant lot between N. 12th & 13th Ste. thence
south across N. H St. to lot on N. 12th & H St.
Bills to the amount of $2,198.70 were allowed and ordered paid.
The Board approved the various payrolls up to December 1st , 1920.
Mr. Peitz moved'that the Meeting be continued until One 9' clock P.M.
Seconded by Mr. Taylor motion prevailed.
- Pursuant to continuance to 1 o' clock P.M. this date the Board mete
all members being present namely Matt. von Pein, T. C . Taylor, and
John E. Peitz, also Mayor W. V. Zimmerman, City Atty. W. W. Reller,
J. D. Lyon, Consulting Engineer, a Citizens Committee, and all bid-
ders for further consideration Of bids for the equipment for the
Municipal Electric Lighting & Power Plant .
- For. the benefit of all present each one of the bidders was given a
chance to explain in detail their bid.
No further- action being taken Mr. Peitz moved that the Board ad-
journ until 9 o' clock A.M. Tuesday , December 7 , 1920.
