A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN EASEMENT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, AS GRANTEE AND
COMMONWEALTH EDISON AS GRANTOR
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the President and Village Clerk are hereby authorized to execute and attest to the
Easement Agreement attached hereto and made a part hereof.
