following proceecu ngs were had to-wit : -

. The following resolution was presented :

the Bunici.pal Electric Lif`ht Plant have- occured recently ,
causing inconvenience to the p lant ' s consumers ; And,

Therefore"; BE IT iiESOLVED by the Mayor and Board of
Public ,:orhs , of the Cit j of -Richjnond, that we favor a complete
survey being made of such plant and Its methrd of operation,
and for that purpose respectfully r eo nest the Public Service
Coinmissio of Indiana to send to Richmond, as soon as possible ,
' such members of its engineering- staff as may be necessary to
survey said plan�J, its Millipme.__J ,�.1�.a operation.
