The Clerk presented to the Board the complaint from Council of
( Monday, •November 15th , 1920 , which was referred to Mr. Dillon,
Supt .- of the night Plant .
The City Civil Enineer reported the completion of the contract
( under Improvement Llesolution ii-580-1920 and Mr. Bolts moved that
it be accepted and the Clerh ordered to prepare an' asent- roll .

next Tuesday, November 23rd , because of the request of the City
