Item: To request the City Councils approval to allow the Finance Director and a staff member to travel out
of town to Madison, Wisconsin to attend a seminar.

Explanation:
The purpose of this agenda item is to request the City Council's permission to allow the Finance Director
and a staff member to travel out of town to Madison, Wisconsin to attend seminar on"Developing and
Implementing Effective Municipal Capital Improvement Plans. The seminar is from April 9— 10, 2015.
Registration cost is $995 per person and hotel rates start at $120.
