The Clerk presented to the Board the petition before the Public
Service Commission of the State of Indiana in the matter of the
application of Richmond City i-!a.ter viorks for revision of rates for
water service supplied to customers in City of ilichmcnd, town of
Spring Grove , and territory adjacent thereto which was referred
11/ to trace JitL, ilttyr . .
The Board approved and si tined a lease to Harold I.Titchel_ for the
- 5rd floor of the City LiiSit Plant Office Bldg. , 52 S. 8th St. , al-
so a lease to Drs . E.B . & J. J. Grosvenor for five ( 5 ) rooms on the
Cnd fluor 0f the same banding.
Mr. Keller, City Atty. , presented. a letter from the Starr Piano
Co. S_ianed by 'gaiter G . Butler , protesting against Hr. F.E.Slick
filling up the National Boad between his "pro 'ert;y & Main St. Upon
the advice of Mr. neller the Clerk was instructed to notify Mr.
Slick and his attorney Hr. Harlan, Supt . Gordon of the _ration Co .,
28 Londay, November 6 , 1'320 .
and hr. Butler of the YGarr Eiano Co. , to meet with the Board
Wednesday, Hov. lOtli at 9 A.M. to adjust this matter.
Finn Leaven asked the :card for the rental of the round be-
longing to the City on Nev.man' s Hill for gardening purposes •
for the season of 1921. Taken under advisement .
The Board instructed the City 'En•-lneer to advertise the bldg.
belonging to the City on newman ' s Hill for sale , to be torn
down add reclovedl bids for same to be received or the 2nd day
of December, 1920, at 9 A.L.
The card arnroved the loetdtdon of G. 1ick for perf. isson to
cut the curb for a 10' ft driveway infront of real estate i!e4
Grand Boulevard Add . on .1, orth 21st F.5t . subject to the approval
of the City Engineer.
Lr . Feltz moved that the Board adjourn to meet Viednesday, nov .
10t1, at 9 A.L. on account of Thursday , ffovanber llth being
Amistic Day. Seco,-,ded by hr . Taylor motion prevailed.
Bills to the amount of 13, 291.64 were alloyed and ordered paid. •
The Board approved the various payrolls up to :NOvember ,l, 1920 .
