L. H. Harris appeared before the Board asking for permission
to install a private electric line from the Internat.i onal Har-
vester Co. rla_nt to the Palladium -21d_7. to be used in case of
emergency on account of a break down at the Li.c-ht Plant . The
Board r rz, :^ted the rer.,u.est hr. Dillon, Supt . of the Light
Plant informed ' . Harris that Z run the line forthem

turned off last evening, and that he had made arrangements forI/

blankets aad necessary bedding that is needed at the present
time for his department.
