wit :-
The Board approved the petition of Wm. Stolle for remission to
cut the curb for a 10' ft driveway in front of real estate #11
Liberty Ave. under private contract and at the yeti ti oner' s ex-
pense , subject to the inspecti on and approval of the City Eng.
The Board approved and signed the Contract A Bond of 2. B. Pyle ,
-Contractor under Improvement Nees-elution 1582-1920.
The Board approved the Primary Assessment roll fo benefits and
damages in the matter cf the vacation of the alley betv'een vacat-
ed N. 14th St, and 15th St. in the rear of lots y 534 & 555,
Elizabeth Starr' s _add. under Becl< ratory Ree,cluti on 1140-1920, and
fixed Londay, November 8th, 1920 , as the day of hearing against
said assessment -

L' . j . Harris appeared d before the Boa,ra ashinp for permission
to install a private electric line from the international Har-
vester Co. slant to the Pa1_7a1ium 14. to be used in case of
emergency on account of a break down at the Light Plant . The
Board rmn ntei the recuest and Lr.. Dillon, Jupt . of the Light
Plant informed i.r. TTarris that he would run the line for them
in case it was needed.
Mr. , upt . of the Li p.ht Slant , re{-,orted to the Board that
the breal-ins down of the pump was the cause of the lirhts being
turned off last evening, and that he had made arrangements for
a force of men from Pittsburgh to install the new pump at once.
The Board then adjourned.
