The Bcara of Public Works of the City of kichhond, f ndiana, met in
regular session in the office of said Board.. Monday, October 18,1920,
at 9 A.M. Two members of the said Board being present Messrs. von
Fein, and Taylor , absent :..r. Peitz the.. following proceedings were
had to-wit : -

The Board received the resignation of Albert H. Schneider as Street
: I/
Commissioner, to take effect at once . Mr. Taylor moved that the
resi.gnati. on lie accepted. Seconded by Mr . von Fein motion prevailed.
Er . Taylor moved that Isaac 'ryor be aP:pointed Street Commissioner
of the City of uichmond, Indiana , to f 11 the unexpired term of
Albert H. bchnei der resi gned. Seconded by Mr. von Pein moti on pre-
vailed.
The Board then adjourned.

The Board of Public V orkS of the City ef Hichmond, Indiana, met in
regular session in the office of said Board Thursday , October 21,
1920. .at 9 A.M. All the members of the said Board being rrese rat
Messrs. von Pein, Taylor, and Peitz the following proceedings were
had to-wit : -
Paul Beckett , Atty . presented a petition from the residence of the
7th Ward of the City to have the ash blower at the City Lith t Plant
taker out , and to eliminate the blowing of dust from ashes over
their residence , signed by Paul Haseltine & 94 others. The Board
referred the petition to Mr. Dillou,:;upt . of the Light Plant .
Dr. Geo. B . Hunt , & John Harrington , Jr. , a Committee , appeared be-
fore the Board asking for permission to use the S. 10th St. Park
and the street surrounding it for general Celebration of Armistice
Day, on motion of Mr. Peitz the request was granted.
The Clerk presented the subject Mr. Stegman brought up to Counci l
- i n regard to the placing of a fire plug on South "L" St. , which was
referred to Er. Miller , Fire Chief.
The Board received bids for the serer in SW. 1st St . ; thence west in
