AUTHORIZING BIDS FOR CARTERET PARK TENNIS COURT
AND BASKETBALL COURT PAVEMENT CRACK REPAIR
AND COLOR COATING PROJECT
WHEREAS, there is a need for pavement crack repairs and color coating for Carteret
Park Tennis and Basketball Courts; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to accept bids for said
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that the Purchasing Agent is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for said
project.
Adopted this 8 day of February, 2018
and certified as a true copy of the
original on February 9, 2018.
