RESOLUTION NO. i z 1 ~
A Resolution directing the establishment of a Special Service Area.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and the Board of Trustees of the Village of Plainfield has
approved certain zoning procedures for the property commonly referred to as Renwick
Place; and
WHEREAS, said property includes a variety of private improvements to be maintained
by the developer, Maud & Erb; and
WHEREAS, the developer has suggested and the Village has accepted the concept of
using a Special Service Area to assure the maintenance of these private improvements
should the Developer fail to do sa at any time in the future;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES that the Village Attorney is hereby instructed to prepare the necessary
ordinances, hearings, and procedures to implement said Special Service Area.
