LOCKPORT STREET BRIDGE RECONSTRUCTION
VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the Village of Plainfield, Will County, Illinois (hereinafter referred to as
"Plainfield") propose the appropriation of funds for the Lockport Street Bridge Reconstruction -
Phase I Engineering.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BY THE BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
That the Village of Plainfield is capable, willing, and able to provide $4,500.00 to fund the
Phase I engineering of the Lockport Street Bridge Reconstruction.
SECTION 2.
The Village of Plainfield authorizes the Village Administrator, Terrence L. Burghard, and
the Village Engineer, Howard J. Hamilton to act on their behalf in this matter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval in the mariner provided by law.
PRESENTED and passed by the Board of Trustees on a roll call vote on the 1st
