A Resolution Authorizing the Execution of a Real Estate Contract.
WHEREAS, the Village of Plainfield is desirous of purchasing approximately six (6) acres of
vacant property commonly referred to as Lat #3 of Parcel "B" in Wallin Woods; and,
WHEREAS, the Seller, Plainfield Commercial Partners, L.L.C., is willing to enter a real estate
contract for the sale of this property to the Village of Plainfield;
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED that the President Pro Tem is hereby directed and
authorized to execute said contract at a price not to exceed Three dallars per square foot;
SE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a cagy of said real estate contract is attached hereto.
