RESOLUTION NO. 1194
A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE EXECUTION 0>= THE ASSIGNMENT OP
RECAPTURE RIGHTS REGARDING TOPE CDRPORATION
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND 80ARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS;
I. That the Village President and Clerk are authorized to execute the
attached Assignment of Recapture Rights, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A.

ASSIGNMENT OF RECAPTURE RIGHTS
WHEREAS, Tope Corporation, an Illinois Corporation, hereby assigns its recapture
rights in the amount of $105,000.00 pursuant to Section 12 Q) pursuant to the amended
and restated annexation agreement dated October 3, 1994 and recorded as Document No.
R94-101116 in the Will County Recorder of Deeds Office entered into with the Village of
Plainfield. Said recapture shall be paid to the Village of Plainfield in full before any
remaining recapture is paid to Tope Corporation.
Said Recapture shall be apportioned as follows among the properties described in
the attached Exhibit A which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
