WHEREAS, the Village of Plainfield desires to evaluate the potentials of expanding its water
and wastewater collection systems; and,
WHEREAS, the current focus of such potential is to the southwest of existing Plainfield systems;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Administrator is hereby authorized
to consult with the Village Engineer and negotiate with various property owners in the
vicinity of Walkers Road and Ridge Road, far the purchase or lease of suitable land to
locate a future well site and elevated storage reservoir, subject to the approval of the
Village Board.
