RESOLUTION 1192
WHEREAS, the Village of Plainfield desires to evaluate the potentials of expanding its water
and wastewater collection systems; and,
WHEREAS, the current focus of such potential is to the southwest of existing Plainfield systems;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Administrator is hereby authorized
to initiate Rights of Way, Annexation, Easement and Purchase Agreements with various
property owners, from the vicinity of Walkers Road and Ridge Road to a paint of
contiguity with the present boundaries of the Village of Plainfield, subject to the approval
of the Village Board.
