REPRESENTATIVES.

SOUTHWEST AGENCY FOR
DESIGNATE AND ALTERNATE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS,
that T. L. Burghard, Village Administrator, be hereby appointed as the Village of Plainfield SWARM
and SWAHM Representative and that Christopher A. Minick, Finance Director, be hereby appointed
as the Village of Plainfield SWARM and SWAHM Alternate Representative.
