RESOLUTION NO. 118 4
FACILITY PLANNING AREA EXPANSION
VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the Village of Plainfield, Will County, Illinois (hereinafter referred to as
"Plainfield") propose a revision to their Facility Planning Area to include areas in Sections 24
and 25 of Na-Au-Say Township, Kendall County, Illinois.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BY THE BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, WILL COUNTY, ILLINOIS AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
The Village of Plainfield hereby endorses the Facility Planning Area Amendment Request
to be submitted to the Northeastern Illinois Planning Commission on February 11, 1998.
SECTION 2.
The Village of Plainfield authorizes the Village Administrator, Terrence L. Burghard, and
the Village Engineer, Howard J. Hamilton to act on their behalf in this matter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
