A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE
TOWN OF GULF STREAM, PALM BEACH COUNTY,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF GULF STREAM
TO SIGN A CERTAIN "STATE ROAD AIA WATER MAIN
IMPROVEMENTS - PHASE 2" AGREEMENT WITH FOSTER
MARINE CONTRACTORS, INC.; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Town of Gulf Stream desires to enter into a certain State Road AIA Water Main
Improvements - Phase 2 Agreement with Foster Marine Contractors, Inc. (hereafter
"Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, the Town's desire to enter into the Agreement and to authorize the Mayor to execute
same is evidenced by the adoption of this Resolution by the Town Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Town Commission of the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida believes that it is in the
best interests of the Town to authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement for AIA water main
improvements.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF
GULF STREAM, PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Town Commission of the Town of Gulf Stream, a municipal corporation, hereby
approves the Agreement attached hereto as "Exhibit 1" and authorizes the Mayor to execute
same.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
