During a property tour of 3433 Gulfstream I noticed that there is a drain in the backyard. I wasn't able to find any details on it during a search on the Gulftstream city website and was wondering if there were any records on it. Also -- is that a high flood area in the community ? The FEMA maps provide theoretical flood risk but you see the actual flood and pooling areas. If there are any records that you could send me I would really appreciate it. Have a good week and thanks again for the quick responses to my previous questions. -- best regards, Andrew Ledwell 917-232-9678 email: thomasandrewledwell@gmail.com 1 TOWN OF GULF STREAM PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA Delivered via e-mail August 19, 2020 Andrew Ledwell [mail to: thomasandrewledwell@gmail.com] Re: GS #2806 (3433 Gulfstream Road) During a property tour of 3433 Gulfstream I noticed that there is a drain in the backyard.
