A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO
EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD AND
JOHN P. MCDONALD.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD, AS FOLLOWS:
That the Village President is hereby authorized to execute and the Village Clerk is hereby
authorized to attest to the execution of a Amendment to Employment Agreement between
Village of Plainfield and Jahn P. McDonald.

AMENDMENT TO EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
BETWEEN VILLAGE OF PLAINFIELD AND JOHN P. MCDONALD
The Employment Agreement dated July 15, 1996 between the VILLAGE OF
PLAINFIELD and JOHN P. MCDONALD is hereby amended by the addition of the following
sentence to Section Three, Paragraph B:
"Furthermore, upon the EMPLOYEE satisfactorily completing the terms of this
Agreement through April 30, 1997, the VILLAGE shall pay the health insurance
premiums for EMPLOYEE and his spouse under the VILLAGE' S health insurance
plan until the VILLAGE has paid premium payments of Ten Thousand
($10,000.00) Dollazs. EMPLOYEE intends to pay one-half (1/2) of the premium
payments as described above on a monthly basis, but should the required payments
not be timely received by the VILLAGE, the VILLAGE is authorized to pay the
entire premium amount until said Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollaz sum has been
paid."
